OUR PROCESS

From store dock to B-double ready

We handle every step of the consolidation process - from picking up smaller bales across your retail network to delivering transport-ready product.

  1. Collection from Commercial Sites

We collect smaller bales produced by vertical balers from supermarkets, hardware stores, retail stores, food wholesalers, warehouses, logistics companies, schools & colleges, panel beaters and agriculture industries.

  2. Bale Breaking

On arrival at our facility, the smaller bales are broken down and consolidated ready for re-processing

  3. Industrial Re-Baling

Material is loaded into our large horizontal baler via forklift, producing dense bales of 800–900 kg — far more efficient than the originals.

  4. Mechanical Loading & Dispatch

Finished bales are then stored ready for transport to recycling.

Understanding the difference between baler types is key to understanding the value we deliver.

  • Vertical Baler

A compact, upright machine, roughly the size of a large fridge, found on the back dock of almost every major retailer. It compacts cardboard and other materials into smaller, manageable bales that can be conveniently loaded onto a truck.

    • Produces smaller, lighter bales

    • Can be moved manually or with basic equipment

    • Ideal for on-site waste volume reduction

  • Horizontal Baler

A large industrial machine found only in dedicated processing facilities. It produces significantly larger, denser bales that maximise the volume per cubic metre of truck space, the most efficient form for bulk transport of recyclable materials.

    • Industrial-grade, facility-based equipment

    • Produces bales weighing 800–900 kg each

    • Requires full mechanical handling (forklift)

    • Maximises B-double truck payload efficiency

WHY WORK WITH US

Built for industrial scale

Dedicated Facility

Our facility houses industrial horizontal baling equipment and the forklift infrastructure needed to handle high volumes of consolidated material.

Efficient Turnaround

From collection to dispatch, our streamlined process means materials do not sit idle — keeping your supply chain moving and your costs predictable.

Reliable, Frequent Collections

We offer consistent, scheduled collection runs so your cardboard never backs up. Whether your volume is steady or seasonal, you can count on us to show up regularly and keep your back-of-house clear.

Trusted Subcontractor

We operate as a subcontractor to major processors across Queensland, with a proven track record across high-volume retail networks statewide

Transport Optimisation

Our bales are engineered for B-double trucks, maximising cubic payload and reducing the number of runs needed to move your material.

Space-efficient Solution

Baled cardboard takes up a fraction of the floor space of traditional recycling bins. For sites where space is at a premium — whether that's a storeroom, a busy loading dock, or a compact retail tenancy — baling is a far more practical use of your available space.

End-to-End Service

We collect, consolidate, re-bale, and load. You hand off your material at the store, and we take care of everything from there to the truck.

Whether you're a processor, retailer, or logistics company looking to improve your recyclables handling, we'd love to walk you through what we can do.
